Meeting Smalltalk Cheat Sheet Design
Goal
Create a high-signal, quick-scan “Cheat Sheet” for meeting smalltalk and bonding, based on the Smalltalk and bonding.md guide. The output should be optimized for a Google Doc, allowing the user to find situational prompts instantly during a live call.
Structure (Situational Grid)
The cheat sheet will be divided into the following sections:
1. The Opening (Warm-up)
- Focus: Generic but human catch-up phrases.
- Prompts for “Start of week” vs “Turbulent times”.
2. Situational Modules (The “Look and Listen” section)
- Background/Office: Compliments for stylish or minimalist setups.
- Pets: Phrases for when a dog appears or barks.
- Family/Kids: Empathetic responses for family noises or appearances.
3. The Pivot (Professional Transition)
- Focus: Respecting time and leading into the agenda.
- Scripted transitions to move from chat to work.
4. Pro-Tips
- Quick reminders on “Matching Energy” and “50/50 Sharing”.
Format
- Markdown file (
.md) formatted with clean headings and bullet points. - Optimized for copy-pasting into Google Docs (uses standard MD headers).
Location
- Target file:
